Welcome to DOLU.ai! This guide covers all the steps you need to get started with the platform.

What is DOLU.ai?

DOLU.ai is a CRM platform that enables businesses to automate customer communication with artificial intelligence. Key features:

• AI Agent: An AI assistant that automatically responds to your customers 24/7
• Multi-Channel Support: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Web Widget
• CRM: Contact management, deals, tasks

Creating an Account

1. Go to app.dolu.ai
2. Click the "Sign Up" button
3. Fill in your information:
   • Full Name
   • Email address
   • Password
   • Phone number
4. Verify your email address

Tip

Use a strong password: at least 8 characters, including uppercase/lowercase letters and numbers.

Initial Setup Steps

After creating your account, follow these steps:

1. Create an AI Agent

The AI Agent is an artificial intelligence assistant that will automatically respond to your customers.

1. Go to the "AI Agents" tab in the left menu
2. Click the "New Agent" button
3. Configure agent settings:
   • Name: The name customers will see
   • Personality: Professional, friendly, or custom
   • Language: Turkish, English, or other languages
   • Knowledge Base: Information the agent will use

2. Connect a Channel

Connect a channel to communicate with your customers:

WhatsApp

1. Go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp
2. Click the "Connect WhatsApp" button
3. Scan the QR code with your phone

Instagram

1. Go to Settings > Channels > Instagram
2. Log in with your Meta Business account
3. Select the page you want to connect

Web Widget

1. Go to Settings > Channels > Widget
2. Copy the widget code
3. Add it to your website

3. Test It

After completing the setup, test it:

1. Send a test message from the channel you connected
2. View the message in the Inbox
3. Check the AI Agent's response
