Profile Settings

Manage your personal account information and preferences.

Personal Information

Basic Information

You can update the following information in your profile:

Field	Description
Full Name	Your display name
Email	For login and notifications
Phone	For two-factor authentication
Profile Photo	Avatar image

Changing Profile Photo

1. Click the profile icon
2. Select Change Photo
3. Upload a file or use the camera
4. Crop and save

Recommended:

• Minimum 200x200 pixels
• Square format
• JPG or PNG

Changing Password

1. Go to the Security tab
2. Click the Change Password button
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password (twice)
5. Save

Password Requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• Uppercase and lowercase letters
• At least one number
• Special character recommended

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enhance your account security:

Setup

1. Go to Security > 2FA
2. Click the Activate button
3. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator
4. Enter the verification code
5. Save your backup codes

• Microsoft Authenticator
• Authy
• 1Password

Backup Codes

• 10 single-use codes
• Use when you can't access your phone
• Store in a safe place

Email Notifications

Push Notifications

Configure browser notifications:

1. Go to the Notifications tab
2. Turn on Push Notifications
3. Grant browser permission
4. Select which ones you want to receive

Sound Settings

• Notification sound: On/Off
• Volume level
• Different sounds for different events

Language and Region

Interface Language

Supported languages:

• Turkish
• English
• Arabic

Time Zone

• Automatic detection
• Manual selection
• Date format preference

Currency

Select the default currency:

• TRY
• USD
• EUR

Appearance

Theme

• Light theme
• Dark theme
• Follow system settings

• Expanded (fixed)

View and customize keyboard shortcuts:

Session Management

Active Sessions

View your active sessions:

• Device information
• Location (IP-based)
• Last activity time

Ending Sessions

• Close a single session
• Close all other sessions

Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account:

1. Go to Account > Delete Account
2. Select the reason
3. Enter your password
4. Click the confirmation email

Important:

• This action cannot be undone
• All your data will be deleted
• There is a 30-day waiting period

Data Download

Download your data under GDPR/KVKK:

1. Go to Account > Download My Data
2. Select the data you want to download
3. Submit the request
4. You will be notified via email

• Contacts
• Activity logs
