Social Media
Overview
The DOLU.ai Social Media module centralizes your social media management within the same platform you use for CRM, messaging, and sales. Instead of switching between multiple social media tools, you can compose posts, schedule content, manage multiple platforms, and track engagement — all from one dashboard. Posts can be created once and published simultaneously to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and other connected platforms.
What makes this module particularly powerful in the DOLU.ai ecosystem is the integration with your CRM and AI. The AI Copilot can generate post ideas and copy in multiple languages. Social media interactions (comments, DMs) flow into the unified inbox alongside WhatsApp, Email, and other channels. Campaign analytics from social media are combined with CRM data in the Reports module, giving you a complete picture of how social content drives leads and deals.

Use Cases
Restaurants — Daily Specials and Events
A restaurant posts daily lunch specials on Instagram and Facebook simultaneously. The content calendar ensures consistent posting. Customer comments asking about reservations are captured and routed to the inbox, where the AI Agent offers to book a table. Weekend event promotions are scheduled a week in advance.
Healthcare — Patient Education
A clinic shares health tips, procedure explanations, and patient testimonials (with consent). Posts are scheduled in advance for the entire month. Comments asking about specific treatments are captured as leads in the CRM. The AI Copilot generates post content in both Turkish and English for the clinic's bilingual audience.
Real Estate — Property Showcases
A real estate agency creates carousel posts for new property listings with multiple photos. Each post includes a call-to-action linking to a DOLU.ai form for viewing requests. The social media module tracks which listings generate the most engagement, and the Reports module correlates social engagement with actual viewing requests.
E-Commerce — Product Launches
An online store coordinates product launch posts across all platforms. A/B testing different post formats (video vs. carousel vs. single image) reveals which drives the most website traffic. Links in posts use UTM parameters that DOLU.ai tracks for end-to-end attribution from social click to purchase.
Tips & Best Practices
Maintain a Consistent Posting Schedule
Use the queue system to maintain regular posting without daily manual effort. Set up a queue (e.g., 3 posts per week on Instagram, 2 on LinkedIn) and add content to the queue as you create it. The system handles the timing.
Use AI for Multi-Language Content
If your audience spans multiple languages, ask the AI Copilot to translate and adapt your post content. It does not just translate — it adapts the tone, hashtags, and references for the target audience.
Link Social Media to CRM
When someone comments on your post with a question or inquiry, create a contact in the CRM right from the comment. This converts social engagement into trackable leads in your pipeline.
Track Post-to-Lead Attribution
Use UTM parameters in your social media post links. When leads arrive through forms or the Web Widget with these UTM tags, the Reports module shows which social posts drove actual business results, not just likes.
Troubleshooting
Posts failing to publish
- Check that the connected social media account is still authorized. Go to Settings → Channels → Social Media and verify the connection status.
- Some platforms reject posts that violate their content policies (e.g., too many hashtags, prohibited content). Review the error message for specifics.
- Image or video files may exceed the platform's size limits. Compress or resize media before uploading.
Scheduled posts not going out at the right time
- Verify the time zone setting in your DOLU.ai profile. Scheduled times use your configured time zone.
- Check that the social media account was not disconnected or its access token expired.
- Ensure the scheduled date and time are in the future (past-dated schedules will not execute).
Instagram engagement not showing
- Instagram's API may have a delay of up to 1 hour for engagement metrics. Wait and refresh.
- Ensure the connected Instagram account is a Business or Creator account (personal accounts have limited API access).
- Story and Reel metrics may take longer to populate than feed post metrics.
Comments not appearing in DOLU.ai
- Comment syncing requires the social media account to have proper permissions granted during connection.
- Some platforms throttle API access during high-traffic periods. Comments may appear with a delay.
- Verify that comment monitoring is enabled in the social media settings.
