DOLU.ai supports three SMS providers: NetGSM, Ileti Merkezi, and Twilio.

NetGSM Setup

1. Create an account at NetGSM
2. Obtain the API username and password
3. Go to the Settings > Channels > SMS page
4. Select NetGSM as the provider
5. Enter the information:
   • Username: Your NetGSM username
   • Password: Your API password
   • Sender ID (Originator): Approved sender name
6. Verify with Send Test

Ileti Merkezi Setup

1. Create an account at Ileti Merkezi
2. Obtain your API key
3. Go to the Settings > Channels > SMS page
4. Select Ileti Merkezi as the provider
5. Enter the information:
   • API Key: Ileti Merkezi API key
   • API Hash: Ileti Merkezi API hash
   • Sender: Approved sender name
6. Verify with Send Test

Twilio Setup

1. Create an account at Twilio
2. Obtain the Account SID and Auth Token
3. Purchase a phone number
4. Go to the Settings > Channels > SMS page
5. Select Twilio as the provider
6. Enter the information:
   • Account SID: Your Twilio account ID
   • Auth Token: Your Twilio authentication token
   • Phone Number: Your Twilio number (in +1xxxx format)
7. Verify with Send Test

Character Limits

Tip

Turkish characters (s, c, o, u, g, i, I) count as Unicode and reduce the limit to 70 characters per SMS. For cost optimization, you can use standard Latin equivalents.

Bulk SMS Sending

You can send bulk SMS from the campaign module:

1. Go to the Campaigns page
2. Select New Campaign > Channel: SMS
3. Write the message text (character counter updates automatically)
4. Select the target audience (broadcast list or segment)
5. Send or schedule

Rate Limits

• Batch size: 100 SMS / batch
• Delay between batches: 1 second
• Hourly limit: 500 SMS / tenant (configurable)

Opt-Out Management

For SMS recipients to unsubscribe:

• The STOP keyword is processed automatically
• Contacts who opt out are marked as unsubscribed
• SMS will not be sent again to unsubscribed contacts

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
SMS not delivered	Make sure the phone number is in the correct format (+90xxx)
Sender name not showing	Check sender ID approval from your provider
Character counter incorrect	Remember that Unicode characters reduce the limit to 70 characters
API error	Check provider credentials and balance
